Referral Management

Acute Trusts, specialist Trusts, Mental Health Trusts and local commissioners acting as providers need to capture information about patient referrals and submit a referral to treatment (RTT) monthly return.

The RTT clock start date is defined as the date that the provider receives notice of the referral. The 18 week or 62 day RTT clock starts as soon as the letter, email, fax, Choose & Book or telephone call has been received. Each delayed day in making the appointment eats away at the RTT time and delays the patient receiving the treatment.

The Cube Referral Management is a paperless system and ensures full visibility and management of the process which is quick and easy and fits in with the way the Trust wishes to work.
